I'm not too sure. Someone tried to show me once, but I got totally confused. You could try putting just the web address on a separate line so people can just copy and paste it into their internet browser. That normally works. Does insert and hyperlink not work?

I don't know how to do hyper links so that is why I am asking people to put that stuff down on here. I don't know how to do them and want to learn and hoped that someone would be nice enough to explain.

for links
Ok i've got it. I think. Here's how to link to the zone.
< a href="http://www.zonebbs.com" > The ZoneBBs < /a >

The Zone

Do not put, the space before the first A, The : "colen" that comes after http, the space that comes before the first > "grater", and the space that comes before and after /A

Wow that sounds confusing! I would like to learn to do that! The lists and headings and links! Someone did that in their profile, they put headings and stuff, and I think that would be cool to do on mine, but I dont know how to do it either! Nicky when you learn, I'd like to learn that as well!

And here's how to link to the Zone, but provide an access key along with the link, and make it open in a new window:
< a href="http://www.zonebbs.com" target="top" accesskey="z" >The Zone [opens in a new window] < /a >

The Zone [opens in a new window]

With all this HTML floating around, we should be able to use the <pre> tag to show that the code should not be automatically translated by the web browser or the server, but the admins haven't implemented support for this element.

could you explain the difference between
< a href="http://www.zonebbs.com" target="top" accesskey="z" >The Zone [opens in a new window] < /a >

And
< a href="http://www.sonebbs.com//"> zoney zone </ a >

The first one uses correct HTML syntax, and the second one won't even work--it'll return a "Can't find server" error because (i) the domain doesn't exist and (ii) it is prohibited by Web standards to have two / characters in a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) *except* when they immediately follow a : character.
